3. In the Urchin window, click the domain name in the Profile Name column. |
After you click the domain name, Urchin will display the Content Summary page. All the Urchin reports are accessible on the All Reports menu on the left of the page. Among those reports, the most popular ones are Visits & Pageview Tracking, Referring Source, and Geo Location. We'll go through these three reports with you in the following sections. |
|
Visits & Pageview Tracking reportThis report has three bar graphs summarizing the number of unique visitors to your website, the overall number of pages viewed, and the average number of pages viewed per visitor. The number of pages viewed per visitor gives you a good indication of how engaged your visitors were - the more pages your visitors viewed, the more engaged they were. |

FAQ
Why can't I see any data in my Urchin reports?
If you can't see any data in your Urchin reports, the first thing to check is if you have enabled the Urchin Traffic Monitor (UTM) in your Toolkit. You can check it by opening the UTM page on the Web Stats menu. If it is enabled, you need to disable it to bring your reports back. Alternatively, you can follow the instructions in Tracking unique visitors with the Urchin Traffic Monitor(UTM) to enable the UTM.
